🛡️ Damages & Issues (Our Guarantee) We stand by our products. Although we pack every order with care, accidents happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged or lost, we will make it right. Please contact us immediately at support@lorezashop.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you ASAP. (Unlike other stores, we won't make you fight the carrier alone!)
